Time Warner Cable Customers

You need to call 1-877-TWC-FAST and request a High Definition Digital set top box. The current model that supports HD is the SA3100HD. This set top box will allow you to receive the full quality of HD through a component video connection and Dolby Digital audio when available. TWC currently does not charge any additional money for the HD service above the cost of standard digital cable.

You can pre-register here.
